West Indies wins with 4 sixes from Brathwaite

West Indies has just nailed their second World t20 title against England. What a game it was. West Indies were out of the contest with six wickets down and then all of a sudden Brathwaite came I and slammed 4 sixes in the final.

Braithwaite was the man facing Stokes in the final over. The West Indias were 19 runs behind the total. At that point, the game was sitting in with the England but then the first hit came from the big bat for Brathwaite.

It was a leg side hit that went over the ropes for a six. It was a strong hit and it went deep into the crowd. Then the second one. This time, the destination of the ball was long on. Brathwaite had the idea ball as it hit the pitch just in front of him and he slammed the ball from the middle.

The third ball was with the same length but this time he line was outside the off stump and Brathwaite hit it over the long off. Once again the big bat moved and the ball did not land near the ropes. It went miles back.

West Indies were needing 1 run at that point and they could have taken a single to get the win but they did not. They are the men from the Carribeans. Brathwaite hit the fourth consecutive six and sealed the game and cup for West Indies.  This is the biggest win in the recent history. Samuels remained the player of the game for his 85 not out.
