Pakistan beat Sri Lanka in a very easy match after a very tough contest. The Pakistani batting line up was failed and was not able to score a good target for the opposition. However, the bowling lineup played very well and won the match. It was Wasim Akram and Abdul Razzaq who snatch the victory from Sri Lankan team in the easy match.
In last few over, Sri Lanka only needed 20 runs to win and they had 7 wickets in hand, When Wasim Akram and Abdul Razzaq started new spell for Pakistan the story was changed. Both fast bowlers destroyed the opposition in few overs and won the match. It was brilliant performance of the Pakistani fast bowlers.
Sri Lanka Lost very quick wickets in very short intervals and was not able to recover on time. Both Pakistani fast bowlers, Wasim Akram and Abdul Razzaq use the inswing and out swing very impressively. Pakistan team came out of the stadium with an unbelievable victory. No one in the stadium was expecting a win of Pakistani team.
Right after the first innings was competed and even before Wasim Akram and Abdul Razzaq had come for bowling, things were totally in favor of Sri Lanka. Even the most experienced Sri Lankan batman, Arvinda De Silva was batting at that time against Pakistan.
Wasim Akram Took the wicket of De Silva from one end. Abdul Razzaq hunted the other from other side. Two wicked in quick time charged the entire Pakistan team and they started fighting for a win. Sri Lanka lost the easy match only because of will to win by the Pakistani team.
