Chris Gayle Batting Practice for Semifinal

Chris Gayle is ready to take on the Indian bowlers and now the thing his would be praying for is that he stays on the crease for at least 10-15 overs. This is what happened in the West Indies, England game. Gayle remained on the crease until the end and hit a staggering hundred.

Today once again the equation is simple. West Indies would want him to bat as much longer as possible. If he is successful in doing so then definitely Indian bowlers will get a lot of beating by his hands because Gayle won’t is taking singles and doubles all the time.

We all know he almost hates running between the wicket and likes to take his runs in the form of sixes and fours. The second semifinal starts in the evening and already we have seen Gayle in an aggressive mood in the nets.

He was seen hammering each ball coming his way. Some long distance sixes were also seen being hit by him. Chris Gayle will surely post a huge threat to the Indian team who were also present there at the nets watching him.

West Indies would definitely like Gayle to perform tonight. This is a big game against a very competitive side. India has done really well in the World T20 so far. They only lost one game which was the opening battle between them and the New Zealand.

Since then they did not lose one single game. West Indies, on the other hand, have beaten the likes of England and South Africa. They lost their game against Afghanistan which was the final group stage game as well. West Indian captain Darren Sammy is confident that his team will give India a lot of tough time.
